SUBJECT: NON-TARIFF/PARA-TARIFF BARRIERS AGAINST INDIA'S EXPORTS IN SAARC COUNTRIES

Dear Members,

The next meeting of Committee of Experts (COE) on SAFTA Agreement is going to take place in September, 2008. It has been found that Non-Tariff/Para-Tariff Barriers are being imposed by Members of SAARC countries on imports from India.

We would request you to kindly forward us the list of all Non-Tariff/Para-Tariff Barriers faced by your Organization as per the enclosed format.
